# MeraBijnes

> MeraBijnes is a phone-first operating system for small Indian merchants. It helps them bring in digital leads, close orders, and manage shipping and customer service from one connected workspace.

MeraBijnes is built around three merchant outcomes:

1. Bring people from Google, Instagram, shared links, and other digital channels to a MeraBijnes storefront or the merchant's WhatsApp number.
2. Keep enquiry, product, price, and customer context together so the merchant can follow up and confirm the order.
3. Manage shipping, tracking updates, and post-order customer service without losing context.

BijnesBot is the merchant's WhatsApp control channel for MeraBijnes. It helps the merchant start setup and, once paired, handle quick updates, reminders, and approvals. It is not a customer-facing chatbot and does not enter merchant-to-customer conversations.
